If your animal is on a regular medication please phone the surgery if you need any repeats dispensed. We ask that you allow at least 24 hours for them to be ready for collection, and be aware that medications ordered after 4pm on a Friday will not be available for collection in most cases until the following Monday. 

Please note that it is a legal requirement that we see your pet on a regular basis in order to keep dispensing medications. We may need to perform monitoring such as with blood or urine samples. These tests are done to safeguard your animal's health as long term medication can have side effects.

Occasionally, we need to prescribe drugs which are used routinely by vets but which aren't licenced for animals. If this happens you will be asked to sign a form stating that this has been explained to you and you consent to the use of the drug.
