Pet and Horse Insurance
If your pet or horse has an accident, serious illness or lifetime condition, the cost may add up to more than you can afford.
Pet/Horse insurance can give you peace of mind that you are able to afford the best possible care when and if your animal needs it.
We fully recommend an insurance policy for your pet or horse but do not recommend any specific policy/company as they are all different and under current financial laws, only qualified insurance advisors are allowed to give advice on specific policies, however we can discuss general questions and types of policies available.
We are able to provide your new puppy or kitten 5 weeks free insurance so you have time to decide on the best policy for you and your pet. Lifetime pet Insurance is our recommendation, other policies may limit the total amount you can claim or limit the time you can claim for treatment. A lifetime policy will provide cover for the lifetime of your pet.
Our practice policy requires you to settle your account with the practice first then claim the costs back from your insurance company. If you wish to discuss direct claims then you must do so with a company director.
There is a small administration fee added to your account when we process an insurance claim.
